The International States Parliament for Safety and Peace (ISPSP) was founded December 15, 1975 by a letter of the Constitution of the International Legislative Assembly. It was juridically recognized by the International Law and the first nations to recognize it were the United States and Italy. It is parallel to the United Nations and, like the United Nations, has representative embassadors from all nations. The headquarters of the ISPSP is in Italy. The Lord President of the Parliament is the Archbishop Viktor Busa, President of the Council of the States. The International First Vice President of the ISPSP is Dr. Hugo Chavez Frias, President of the Republic of Venezuela.
After looking for the concurrence of all of the nations in the world, through their representative governments, the Parliament counts with 400 senators, 800 deputies, ambassadors and ministers, who contribute, like their President and General Secretary, with their volunteer work, to the cause of peace.
The work of the delegates and ministers of the ISPSP towards peace and enforcement of the respect for life and human rights includes rendering help and support to all of the people of the world, observing the right of safety and peace in alI aspects: moral, political, diplomatic, cultural, religious, economic and social. This is free to the governments. ISPSP organizes commissions to send to the country in need, with the participation of volunteer ministers and parlamentary diplomats, who travel and work free of charge in order to resolve conflicts and help to re-establish security and peace. Following the re-establishment of safety and peace, Lord Viktor Busa gives, as incentive, Peace Trophies to the head of the places or countries where the commission worked.
The work of the agents of the ISPSP is paying off with good results in many places. Once a year, there is a congress of the ISPSP, where Delegates present their reports. Victorious interventions have been worked out and reported from the Diplomatic Crisis between Turkey and Chipre; the crisis between Somalia and Ethiopia; between Iran and Irak, Equador and Peru, and the conflict in Uganda. The ISPSP also has made a contribution of diplomatic intervention in wars of several countries and places, as in the Middle East, in the civil war in Sri Lanka, in the countries of the former Yugoslavia, in Rwanda, Congo, Angola and Mozambique. There are diplomats from the ISPSP working in South Africa, Moldavia, Russia and Chechynia. In support of the United Nations, Lord Busa and the ISPSP have participated in the Conferences of Addis, Ababa and Vienna.
As observers, the ISPSP has sent parlamentaries to the general elections En Congo. The democratization of the Republic of Congo started in 1990. In this process, Lord Viktor Busa cooperated with the Congolese government in order to give the people assurance of security and to admit the need for immediate peace. ISPSP organized a local sub-division with several Congolese members of different categories, notable jurists, high functionaries, ministries, etc. to negociate peace with agressors from the borders of DRC. When the aggression intensifed, Lord Busa himself organized a series of international conferences, in order to gather international support. This contributed to the acceleration of the United Nation's resolution in sending in the "blue helmets" and in assisting in the reconstruction of the nation. There are evidences of recognition of the authorities of several countries, who send to Lord Busa their letters, memoranda, and other tokens of their gratitude for the Parliament services. We challenge governments and those who hold power to end abusive practices and respect international human rights law.
We enlist the public and the international community to support the cause of human rights for all.
MISSION
The Mission of the International Human Rights Commission shall be to:
» Facilitate the creation of cooperative networks and economic development programs enlisting and involving financial institutions, traditional and alternative energy producers, private enterprises, diplomatic representations, universities, governmental bodies and other concerned parties;
» Promote human rights peace, gender equality, health, equality, economic development and educational access, awareness regarding the rights of women, children and youth in developing nations and where ever needed;
» Broaden the understanding of sustainable economic development and promote the implementation and dissemination of norms, rules and guidelines that apply to this field;
» Assist developing nations by identifying and retaining businessmen, professionals and scholars willing to act as human Rights advisors to their diplomatic and consular network;
» Develop, establish and maintain ‘Sister’ relationships with institutions and like minded organizations located in high GNP countries and developing countries.
» Strengthen and support to all Nation’s capacity to engage in Sustainable Development through educational access, relief programs, ecological and bioethical reflection and action, while taking into consideration the traditional social and cultural values of each Nation;
INTRODUCTION
The International Human Rights Commission was founded by the seven international organizations in their leader conference held at London on 10th of December 1988 to create the international network of human rights.

IHRC have its diplomatic / Official representation in 40 Countries and more than 8100 members around the world and connected through the Face Book/ electronic ma il, till 31st December 2012, More than 2250 NGO’s from different countries linked and got membership of the Commission and Commission also providing its services to the United Nations, Organization of Islamic Conference, European Union and their member states according to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights passed by United Nations on 10th of December, 1948 and playing role to develop the culture of peace, religious and political tolerance around the world.
The Council of Founders and General Assembly in joint session held at Rome proclaimed its first Constitution on 24th of February 1996 and by that Dr. Muhammad Shahid Amin Khan elected as the Chief of Commission for a term of ten years and re elected for 2nd term in March 2006. Commission is working for the protection of human rights according to the principles of UDHR passed by the United Nations General Assembly in 1948 and for the World Peace.
OBJECTIVES
The main objectives of the International Human Rights Commission are:

» The struggle against the violation of the Human Rights, bloodshed and terrorism.
» To provide its services for the noble cause of maintaining peace and disputes between the nations groups individuals and organizations.
» To set up seminars and conferences on international issues of Human Rights, peace, democracy, education, health, child labor, women rights, against terrorism and narcotics or drugs trafficking.
» To reward those who are working for the mankind in their various of field of life.
» To provide awareness and educate the nations, Governments, Leaders, Legislators, Diplomats and Human Rights Activists by its campaigns, seminars, conferences, news bulletin, reports and through media.
» To uphold the United Nations principles and universal declaration of Human Rights passed on 10th December 1948, Islamic Declaration of Human Rights, and European Protocol & Conventions on Human Rights.
» To further develop cooperation in the field of Human Rights and World Peace within the members organizations.
» To provide legal and moral support from Commission to the victims of Human Rights violation all over the world.
» To undertake all other efforts that are likely to promote the aims & objectives of the Commission.
IN BRIEF
The International Human Rights Commission becomes the Intergovernmental Organization on 22nd November 2012 after the First Meeting of Intergovernmental Relations Council (IGRC) under the President-ship of the Excellency General ( R ) Email Lahoud Former President of Lebanon, in which IGRC passed its status to work as IGO.
The International Human Rights Commission have its diplomatic / Official representation in 42 Countries and more than 7500 members around the world and connected through the Face Book/ electronic mail, till March 2012, More than 2250 NGO’s from different countries linked and got membership of the Commission. The Commission also providing its services to the United Nations, European Union, Organization of Islamic Conference, and member states of UNO according to the “UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS” passed by United Nations on 10th of December, 1948 and playing role to develop the culture of peace, religious and political tolerance around the world.
The IHRC & OIC Secretary General also signed the request to establish the Formal relations between IHRC & OIC in the leaders’ summit held at OIC Secretariat at Jeddah on 23rd June, 2012 as Intergovernmental Organizations. The IHRC also entered in reorganization with the EU through Transparency Registrar of European Commission.
The Relief activities and assistance programs of IHRC run by its organ “IHRC Relief Fund Trust International which is recognized by the Government of Pakistan and we are in process to obtain the “Consultative Status” from the United Nations for IHRC-RFT.
The Council of Founders elected Mr. Philip Isle as the first World Chairman in its meeting for 4 years from 1988 to1992 and after, Mr. Anderson Brook from 1992 to 1996 but he died in 1993 January. The Council in its Emergency session held at Singapore elected Mr. Muhammad Shahid Amin Khan as the World Chairman for remaining time.

L’obbiettivo e impegno della nostra associazione è, tra gli altri, quello di intervenire, con i mezzi a nostra disposizione, proprio in quelle aree di bisogno. Per questo motivo è nato, grazie soprattutto al lavoro costante dei soci, il nostro Banco Alimentare. Ci occupiamo di consegna anche a domicilio, di pacchi contenenti generi alimenti per aiutare famiglie e/o comunità di nostra personale conoscenza che sono in serie difficoltà; contiamo di continuare a contribuire in questo senso esternando la nostra disponibilità anche a nuovi gruppi che dovessero richiedercelo in futuro, pur premettendo una nostra verifica sulle loro reali necessità. Da marzo 2010 ad oggi abbiamo raggiunto il traguardo di circa Kg. 80.000 di alimenti distribuiti.
L’obbiettivo e impegno della nostra associazione è, tra gli altri, quello di intervenire, con i mezzi a nostra disposizione, proprio in quelle aree di bisogno. Per questo motivo è nato, grazie soprattutto al lavoro costante dei soci, dei collaboratori esterni l’idea di inviare materiale didattico, vestiti usati e/o nuovi alle popolazioni in via di sviluppo, il Ns. obbiettivo sarebbe quello di inviare i materiali di cui sopra ogni tre mesi. Ci occupiamo di raccogliere i vestiti ritirarli anche a domicilio della persona che li offre, stoccarli in magazzino e dopo quando abbiano raggiunto la quantità giusta contattiamo lo spedizioniere internazionale per inviarli, contiamo di continuare a contribuire in questo senso esternando la nostra disponibilità anche a nuovi stati e/o popolazione che dovessero richiedercelo in futuro, pur premettendo una nostra verifica sulle loro reali necessità. Le somme versate sono deducibili?
Si, tieni copia del versamento e potrai detrarli dalle tasse nella tua dichiarazione dei redditi. La Nostra associazione ha a cuore la corretta applicazione della complessa normativa che agevola le donazioni a favore del non profit. Vi suggeriamo di prendere visione delle informazioni sintetiche qui riportate che ci auguriamo possano esserLe d’aiuto per capire se e in quale misura la Sua donazione può permetterLe un risparmio d’imposta. La Nostra associazione, essendo un’associazione ONLUS regolarmente iscritta presso la Direzione Regionale della Lombardia dell'Agenzia delle Entrate; alle condizioni che seguono, La Nostra associazione può farLe applicare in alternativa due normative relative alle donazioni. La prima normativa permette alle persone fisiche donatrici di erogazioni in denaro di detrarsi al 19% somme fino a erogazioni massima di € 2.065,83; ciò comporta un risparmio massimo di € 392,51. La seconda normativa richiede una pre-condizione che Noi rispettiamo, ovvero che La Nostra associazione tenga come in effetti tiene una contabilità in partita doppia e rediga un bilancio consuntivo con informazioni finanziarie, economiche e patrimoniali. Detta normativa consente alle persone fisiche ed alle persone giuridiche di dedurre l’intera somma dal reddito sul quale calcolerà le imposte; la deduzione (tanto per le erogazioni in denaro quanto per quelle di beni) è ammessa entro il limite del 10% del suo reddito e comunque non oltre i € 70.000,00. Per le persone giuridiche, inoltre, permane la previsione alternativa utile alle aziende con reddito maggiore a € 3.500.000,00 o con quelle con redditi inferiori a € 20.000,00 di dedursi le erogazioni in denaro fino al limite del 2% del reddito dichiarato. In tutti i casi, l’erogazione in denaro deve essere effettuata tramite banca, ufficio postale, assegni, carte di credito. Non è ammessa alcuna agevolazione per le erogazioni in denaro effettuate in contanti. In merito alle erogazioni di beni, è necessaria la produzione di un documento effettuato dall’ente a favore del donante che attesti il ricevimento del bene e il suo valore unitario.
